Open Position: Finance Director (IPO Knowledge / Audit / Internal Control) - Up to RM18KA Malaysian company seeking to be publicly listed on Bursa Malaysia is hiring for Finance Director, to be based in Butterworth, Penang office.Key responsibilities include:
- To lead and manage the entire Account and Finance department with duties such as overseeing Banking & Treasury, Accounting & Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Cash Flow Management and etc
- Provide monthly financial statements, financial reports and etc to the leadership team
- Manage treasury, finance, accounting and compliance functions with the standardization of frameworks, internal controls and standard operating procedures
- Provides strategic financial inputs and leadership for the company covering; growth, new markets, investments, cash flows management and etc
- Preferably with IPO experience. Experience and knowledge in Bursa Listing Requirements is highly desirable
- Strong leadership with good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
