Job Description

You will be the key member of the senior leadership team and are responsible to oversee all company financial activities to ensure it stays in strong financial standing and ensuring the business is supported on all financial matters and all financial obligations are met.

• Overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting, inclusive of financial operations, financial reporting, cash flow management, budget, forecasting, and strategy planning
• Plan, review, and involved in leadership meetings to drive business plans and strategies to increase profitability of the business
• Ensure full review and compliance with internal controls and local financial standards, law and regulations
• Overall responsibility for financial planning within the business to ensure profitable growth
• Work with the Business Managers and Group Finance to develop and improve financial and reporting systems and processes on an ongoing basis
• Knowledge of the business IT infrastructure to ensure operational support and development of business
• Undertake employee management of all direct and indirect reports and ensure all outputs of business are produced to the required standard and within the set deadlines
• Ability to motivate and drive staff performance of the business as a people leader

• Degree in Finance and Accounting
• Must have professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW and etc)
• Min 10 years experience in a senior management role and strong ability to lead
• Strong communicator, and good interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated success in project management skills and analytical
• Must possess strong management skills, including selecting, training, developing and retaining highly engaged people
