DescriptionJob Scope
- Inventory maintenance
- Fixed Asset support & maintenance
- Posting of JV\'s - Ensure accurate and timely posting of financial transactions
- Coordinating with the sub-ledger PIC to guarantee that correct data is booked, resulting in a seamless closure.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet schedule and reconciliation
- Research and analyze any unmatched and / or out of balance entries
- Ensure proper month-end procedure is followed
- Help with period-end financial closing and reporting tasks, and make sure the close is completed quickly and effectively, including creating judgment-based accruals as needed.
- Support and participate in Audit, Tax & Company Control related activities
- Accountable for submitting requests made by regulatory agencies (Department of Statistics Malaysia and Bank Negara Malaysia)
- Responsible to enforce control matters and processes
- Meet SLA and performance targets related to the R2R processes
- Take part in and carry out system and process changes within the company or worldwide.
- Treasury tasks include requests for financial transfers, bank reconciliation, and bank-related issues.
- Any other duties as directed
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge in SAP
- Exposure in Blackline, Power BI is an added advantage
