We collaborate with telcos, mobile operators, smartphone manufacturers, retailers, financial institutions, insurance companies and consumers across Asia. Job Responsibilities: Performing Accounts Payables functions which include processing both Stocks and Non-Stock payments. Performing fund transfers internally and within related Companies. Reviewing payment requisitions thoroughly to ensure approvals are made within Limit of Authority. Monitoring payables to ensure payments are made within credit term and cash flow anticipations are met. Maintaining and updating cash books daily, including forecasted payments, to ensure cash flow anticipations are met. Completing weekly Accounts Payables summary report. Performing bank reconciliation on a monthly basis. Ensuring recognition of expenses are in accordance with sound Accounting practices and company policies. Supporting the team in queries raised by external Auditors / tax agent. Any other matters as directed by management. Job Requirements: Possesses a Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance / Accounting (preferably CPA/ACCA/CIMA/MIA). At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in a similar role. Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Be able to work independently with minimum supervision. Possess good time management skill and can meet deadlines. Good communication skills. Self-starter, driven and committed.
