As a Finance Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring Lee's financial operations run seamlessly, supporting our mission to provide affordable, quality food. By managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger processes with precision, you'll uphold our commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

:

General Ledger (GL):

Prepare and review monthly journals (Payroll, Cost & Revenue Accruals, Prepayments). Manage monthly Fixed Asset postings (Additions, Disposals, Depreciations). Prepare and review monthly trial balance and adjustment journals. Perform and reconcile monthly Balance Sheet accounts.

Accounts Receivable (AR):

Oversee the full AR cycle, from retail collections to account postings and monthly closing. Maintain accurate and timely updates of invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.

Accounts Payable (AP):

Collaborate with trade suppliers to ensure invoice accuracy and timeliness.

Reporting & Budgeting:

Prepare and review Monthly Management Accounting (MMA) Reports. Assist in the preparation and review of the yearly budget. Support yearly audit processes and liaise with auditors and tax agents.

General Finance Tasks:

Generate scheduled/ad hoc reports and improve process workflows. Support internal and external audit requirements. Ensure timeliness and accuracy in task delivery, guided by KPIs and SLA.

Job Requirements

:

Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Mandarin speakers are preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Solid understanding of accounting principles (including double-entry bookkeeping). Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Added advantage: Knowledge of ERP systems like MS GP. Detail-oriented and analytical thinker. A team player eager to learn and grow.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
