-Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Group Management

-Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements

-Responsible for accounting processes and task (i.e. AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliations, sales and costs reconciliations etc.)

-Support forecasting and budgeting exercise. Ensure that monthly account report and records comply with laws and regulations.

-Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities

-Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required

-Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirements, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal

-Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements

-Min 2-years of relevant experience with Diploma/Degree in Accountancy

-Proficient with MS Office (eg. Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to operate accounting software

-Meticulous, organised and demonstrates attention to details

-Able to multi-tasked, working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines

-Committed, self-motivated, independent and results-oriented

-Able to work both independently and as a team
