Overall job objectives To assist in overall Accounts and Finance functions. Core responsibilities 1. To ensure correct GL codes coded to invoice. 2. To ensure supplier\xe2\x80\x99s invoices are matched correctly with respective Purchase Order (PO) & Delivery Order (D)/Service Report and any document that provide evidence of acceptance of goods/services. 3. To ensure AP in ERP system are updated promptly and correctly. 4. To printout aging AP due report and advise AA to prepare timely payment. 5. To prepare payment voucher/remittance form and payment cheque. To verify the prepared payment cheque, payment vouchers, invoices and all supporting document are complete for Director\xe2\x80\x99s approval and send to HQ for signatures. 6. Accounts reconciliation of AP Ledger against supplier\xe2\x80\x99s statement of account. Resolve any discrepancies amicably with suppliers / purchasers. 7. Responsible to ensure suppliers are being paid promptly based on payment terms and liaise with supplier for collection of payment cheque. 8. Prepare cash voucher, managing & disbursement of Petty Cash on a timely basis. Prepare journal and request for reimbursement of Petty Cash on a timely basis. 9. To ensure fixed assets schedules are accurately updated. 10. Prepare debit/credit notes (whenever necessary) and update receipt/payment into ERP System. 11. Generate Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheet, month end accounts schedules, stock listing, stock analysis report, key operation personnel major expenses. 12. Prepare Management Report, Monthly Cash Flow Report, Monthly Malaysia Cost Report to HQ and project costing schedule. 13. To participate in periodic stock count and fixed asset tagging. 14. Responsible & check all the inventory matter on timely basis. 15. Carry out any ad hoc task as been assigned by Superior from time to time. Salary: RM1,873.56 - RM4,461.16 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
