Finance Executive (Korean Speaker)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Reporting to: Team Lead - AP Finance SSC (Korea)

Goal of Position

• To support new migration tasks for Order-to-cash process (Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Treasury) for the Korean Legal entities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure credit management procedures are complied with in Korean legal entities
• Ensure payments from customers are received on time, follow-up on overdue items directly with Customer Accounts payable or Purchasing team
• Support business decisions such as approval of credit limits, delivery releases, etc and handling of credit checks
• Coordinate claim and dispute management with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate credit insurance process
• Analyze & predict customer payment behavior to facilitate Free cash flow and Liquidity planning
• Support Order-to-cash project implementation for Korea
• To register or amend master data
• To assist Treasury FI posting and payment processing
• To support on ad hoc tasks/reports

*In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his/her superior that are essentially related to his/her duties.

Your Professional Profile Should Include:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Window & Microsoft applications, SAP knowledge would be an advantage
• At least 1-3 years\' of working experience in related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Must be able to read, write and speak in Korean, at the same time with fluent English proficiency in a business context
