Job Responsibilities:

-To carry out routine functions set out in the day to day work instructions such to perform journal entries and handle account payables and receivables, etc. in an effective manner.
-Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation, and to investigate and resolve any reconciliation differences.
-Preparation of monthly closing accounts and Monthly Performance Review Report (\xe2\x80\x9cMPR\xe2\x80\x9d).
-Preparation of financial statements, which includes preparation of MPR, quarterly Standard Accounting Forms (\xe2\x80\x9cSAF\xe2\x80\x9d), analysis of Profit or Loss, yearly tax return for submission to IRB, estimation of tax payable and statutory financial statements.
-Prepare and assist on budgeting, audit and tax matters.
-Prepare, analyze and maintain property development costs, tenancy contacts, management report and documents on leasing and tenancy.
-To administer, coordinate and liaise with various parties concerned.
-Any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

-Degree in Accounting or related professional qualifications.
-Finalist/Member of professional body (E.g. MIA, ICAEW, ACCA, MACPA, CPA, ICAA).
-Fresh graduates and candidates with 1-2 years\' experience are welcome .
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Meticulous and highly organized.
-Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
-Computer literate.
