Our innovative payment solutions cater to businesses of all sizes and focus on B2B payments for online transactions. We are known for our easy-to-use payment methods and are the first to introduce next-day settlements in Malaysia. With an innovation center in India and a strategic office in Singapore, we are expanding into the rest of Southeast Asia, currently targeting Indonesia. Role Description Managing payment settlements to merchants in a timely and accurate manner. Performing bank reconciliation on a daily basis. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a proactive manner. Assist in local and statutory reporting matters. Daily accounting entries for incoming and outgoing payments. Preparing daily cash flow reports. Ensure the weekly closing process is adhered to and complied with. Assist in analysis and number crunching for managers. Ensure timely revenue and cost of sales recognition. Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions. Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitoring bank deposits, and payments, etc. Assist in financial audits. Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures. Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Assist in preparation and submission of required reports to regulatory bodies. Provide Administrative support as needed. Take on ad-hoc projects/assignments from time to time Qualifications Expertise in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Finance Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets Experience with Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CIMA is a plus Experience in payment solutions, e-commerce, or financial services industry is a plus
