Job Description
Account Payable (to support our Singapore financial operations) : Key in non-trade invoices (maintenance, utilities, rental, marketing fee, insurance, staff claim, etc.) Request PR from person in charge and process payment once PR obtained. Perform supplier reconciliation on monthly basis and reconcile the variances. Update cashbook on non-trade related transaction. Keep track of utilities usage every month. To bill intercompany every month end. Assist with other finance-related tasks as needed. Participate in special projects, financial analyses, or process enhancements. Requirement Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. Candidates with at least 1-2 years\' working experience in the accounting field. Prior F&B industry working experience is added advantages. Familiar with Singapore market structure is added advantages. Possess a good working attitude and positive mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred. (Vlookup, Xlookup, Pivot Table, Sumifs) Candidate with prior Netsuite Oracle experience is added advantage.
