Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
Assist in the process of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements.
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records and others as assigned.
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information is accurate.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
Assist with other accounting projects.
Interact with customers via phone and email to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Attend customer enquiries or feedbacks, provide good customer response and services.
Ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
At least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words etc).
Knowledgeable in AutoCount Accounting System will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently and have positive working attitudes.
