Recording customer payments by in putting cash, cheques and GIRO transactions into accounting system
Update daily cash collection report
Update daily AR Aging Report once receipts are recorded
Verify and validate account discrepancies by obtaining information from billing department, front office, middle office and customers
Assist credit controller to resolve collections by examining customer payment plan, payment history and credit lines
Prepare monthly AR reconciliations, Aging vs GL
Assist with month end closing and reporting
Assist in providing supporting documentation to auditors

Job Requirement:

Graduated under Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or in any related field
At least have 2 years of working experience in finance & accounting
Meticulous and high accuracy rates skills
Good in English for both writing and communication manner
