• Applicants are required to have a bachelor\'s/graduate/professional degree in accounting/finance/banking.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software is required.

• All deposit and withdrawal requests are processed and monitored daily by updating relevant information to Excel reports.
• Report any issues to a team member or manager to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Investigates and identifies issues to improve daily work tasks by working with relevant stakeholders.
• Perform payment gateway settlement.
• Regulate and update the cash flow of payment gateways and banks on a daily basis.
• Verify client bank account details for client withdrawals.
• Answer customer inquiries via email or back-office platform.
• Support team members with ad hoc requests or routine work.
• Prepare invoices for certain payment transactions.
• Perform other related duties according to the arrangement of superiors.
