Preparation of full sets of accounts (GL, AP and AR) and ensure accounts are accurate.
Handle all aspects of daily accounting functions.
Debtor monitoring and analysis.
Daily reporting on Cash Book, updates Incoming Fund
You will coach and train the team on day to day transaction processing and assist them with questions raised and problems.
Assist to establish policies, procedures and controls.
Expense coding, book to correct cost centre and obtain approval to pay from respective department head.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and etc.
To be responsible for daily operations of accounts assigned.
Maintain proper filing and keep sufficient accounting records, notes, listing and other supporting documents to justify the figures shown in the accounts.
Ensure finance practice is comply with the respective statutory bodies requirements and deadlines and ensure that financial reports are prepared within set timelines.
Prepare any periodic or ad-hoc duties/ reports when requested by superiors.
Completing Month-End Closing / Yearly Statutory Reporting.
Doing Bank Reconciliation.

Min 2 years experience in full set is required.
Preferable with consolidation background.
Knowledge in Oracle is advantage.
Preferably can start immediately.
Able to work with tight deadlines
Responsible and good working attitude.
Disposition: Fast learner, initiative, confident, team player, role model, and a good communicator.
