Description:
- Sales reconciliation
- Change Payment Mode (A-Z)
- Refund request-customer payment tracking
- Outlet and CS team request on checking status of payment from time to time
- Bank dispute payment case
- Checking payment status-all merchant terminal issue related to payment
- Update merchant interest rate in Wecloud software
- Credit card expenses checking
- Uniform deposit tracking
- Liase with outlet for any issue arise s.a short payment,loss of payment slip
- Graduated from Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields with achievement at least a CGPA 3.2
- At least three years and above working experience in Finance and Accounting or related fields.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Spread Sheet Skills.
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures is essentials.
- High attention to details and high patient in sorting all problems.
- Good Interpersonal skills and strong ethics in management the confidential of all company data.
