Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Responsible for timely submission of full set of accounts, monthly financial reports and assist in credit control, billing and collection as well as assist in any other accounting related works.
Perform monthly financial closing and ensure deadlines are met
Preparation of financial and management reports on a timely basis
Manage full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Project Management and General Ledger
Check, review, monitor and reconcile all collections and related treasury functions
Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting and cashflow preparation when required
To perform ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD or immediate superior.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent.
Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role
Experience use of financial software and well verse with MS Excel
Knowledge of financial regulations
Sharp time management skills
Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
Independent, willing to learn and work under pressure and multitasking environment
Past working experience in the shipping or logistics industry will be an added advantage.
