Job Description

• At least 1 year of experience working in finance operations or as an accountant.
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or LCCI and ACCA Holder.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is compulsory.
• Familiarity with SQL Accounting, Autocount, or other accounting systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, as daily data processing is required.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and perform necessary overtime during peak seasons.
• Candidates with a short notice period (immediate or within 1 month) will be prioritized.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for entry role - training provided.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data, entering information into financial models and assisting in variance analysis.
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company.
• Basic financial analysis, including trend analysis of income and expenses, and ratio calculations.
• Maintain and enhance cash flow forecasting and management to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system from back office.
• Ensure monthly closing deadlines are met, prepare the necessary details and schedules.
• Ensure all expenses and claims are processed timely, prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments and other related tasks as assigned.
