Job Description
- Minimum 3 years of auditing experience or relevant experience with IPO processes.
- Experience in assisting companies in going public is an added advantage.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as MIA or ACCA.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and external consultants.
- Support management in preparing for the listing process, providing professional advice on financial and audit matters to ensure compliance with IPO requirements.
- Assist in pre-IPO financial restructuring and profit forecasting, contributing to the development and optimization of financial strategies.
- Assist in overseeing the company's financial audit processes, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial statements in line with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
- Review and analyze financial data and reports for accuracy.
- Collaborate with the internal audit team to assess the effectiveness of internal control systems and suggest improvements.
- Liaise with external auditors, legal advisors, and financial consultants to ensure transparency in financial and compliance processes.
- Identify potential financial and operational risks, assisting in the development of risk management strategies to mitigate these risks.
