Diploma in Accounting, Finance, business administration or another related field
At least 3-5 years\' experience for entry-level positions
Proven knowledge of accounting industry-leading accounting software
Comfortable with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, AUTOCOUNT SYSTEM
Functional knowledge of database and spreadsheet tools
Ability to work either independently or collaboratively as needed
Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly closing of accounts and reports, generating of Monthly Financial Statements: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement.
Maintain proper records and documentation filing system.
Accounts Receivable Service. Managing Revenue Schedules, Reconciliation of Paid Invoices and Receivables Chasing and Reminders.
Accounts Payable Service Managing Expenses and Preparation of Payments via Bank Transfer.
Analyzes customer inquiries for preparation of quotations everyday
works with suppliers, production, materials and inventory management to ensure the appropriate materials are available to meet the production schedule, Ensure PO\'s are placed on time with the proper approvals and documentation.
