• Possess a Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• 2-3 years working experience, working in an accounting firm would be an added advantage.
• Accountability, accepting absolute responsibility for all tasks assigned.
• Good in time management and able to meet deadlines.
• Highly analytical, motivated, and a team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, quick to learn new concepts and work independently.
• Flexible, resourceful, and passionate in his/her work.
• Good command in English and able to write reports.
• Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• To handle full sets of accounts, prepare monthly management account reports, analysis, and information for decision-making.
• To handle daily operational works of the Finance Department including tax and SST submissions.
• To assist the Manager in any other ad-hoc projects as and when necessary.
• To assist in company secretarial matters.
