Job Description

Are you a finance person and have good experience and good leadership skills! If yes then we\xe2\x80\x99d like to meet you. We are looking for Finance functions to ensure day-to-day operations of overall accounting/financial activities and human resources operations are executed effectively and efficiently. Responsibility

• Handle day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger

• Prepare financial analysis to support the management
• Prepare the group financial reporting, including management accounts and reports, financial budgets and financial statements

• Regularly liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, statutory bodies, vendors and stakeholders
• To have the ability to work collaboratively well with all levels of internal and external organisations.
• Any ad hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned
• Preparation of full-set of accounts and monthly reports including profit and loss statements, and balance sheets

• Handling payroll including issue pay cheque to staff, EPF, Socso, and PCB
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agents and other relevant authorities.
• Day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, utility bills, etc)

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Proactive, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
