Isnxe2x80x99t that beautiful?Position PurposeReporting to the Assistant Finance Manager, the Finance Executive will partner with the Business Unit Managers and support groups to provide the necessary guidelines, strategies, plans, processes and controls in the region and divisional brand P&Ls.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting

• Support monthly preparation of Sales and profitability reports to Commercial Team.
• Support Weekly Sales reporting and tracking for performance management.
• Uploading of Financials to Joint Venture Reporting Tool.
• Participate in annual budget and forecasts.

AR and AP Controls and Reconciliation

• Review Accounts Receivables and Payables Aging schedule
• Proactive in proposing customer credit reviews to balance business growth and risk management.
• Credit Controls; follow up with Customers and Sales team on Aging receivables.
• Support the Finance Manager in reviewing vendors Payment Terms and customer credit terms to optimize working capital.
• Work with Shared Services Team for AR/AP reconciliation.

General Accounting

• Prepare Fixed Assets Form for addition and disposal.
• Regularly review of data posting for accurate profit Center (direct cost - Brand & Customer), and cost center
• Preparation of Journal entries with the support of Finance Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years post-qualification experience in Finance and Controlling.

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree or Diploma in Finance or Accounting.
• Multi-tasker able to achieve deadlines. A team player able to work with multiple teams.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
