Job Description

As a Finance Executive, you will be supporting one or more entities on the finance processes, mainly focusing on reconciliation and reporting

• Accounts receivable - assisting in supporting and performing the daily operation of daily cash application for entities that you have been assigned to.
• Accounts payable - assisting in processing and prioritize invoices for payment. Ensuring accuracy and completeness by verifying that all invoices possess proper documentation and approval before processing payments.
• Preparing journal entries for the specific entities that you have been assigned to.
• Assist in preparation of monthly bank reconciliation and additional balance sheet reconciliation for one or two specific entities.
• Assisting in clearing off backlogs task as assigned by the Assistant Manager.
• Assisting in compiling documents, supporting information, and schedules for both audit and tax purposes.
• Engaging in any ad-hoc or new assignments as directed by the Assistant Manager.
• Serving as a backup for team members during their absences.

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in finance and accounting activities, preferably competent and experienced mainly in reconciliation and reporting functions.
• Proficient knowledge in MS Office especially Excel and Word.
• Knowledge in ERP system knowledge - JDEdwards is advantageous.
• Effective communication, good interpersonal skill, a team-player and able to engage in cross-functional collaboration.
• Able to work independently, is proactive and is results driven.
• Experience of working in multicultural and international environment.
• Excellent written and verbal skills (Business English).
