Job Description
- Position: Finance Executive.
- Salary: RM 3500-4500.
- Location: Kelana Jaya (SS7),Petaling Jaya.
Job Responsibilities
As Finance Executive, your primary role will be responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable within the Finance Department. Your duties will include the following:
- Manage monthly accounts preparation.
- Manage AP and foreign currency payment.
- Manage AR and credit control.
- Multi-currency bank reconciliation.
- GL/Cash book management and Reporting.
- Vendor maintenance and reconciliation.
- Debtors\' reconciliation and monthly debtor aging analysis.
- Malaysian preferably female in age group 26-45.
- Must possess tertiary accounting qualification (minimum LCCI Diploma in Accounting).
- Demonstrated experience in managing Accounting AP, AR.
- General understanding of accounting process.
- Knowledge of international freight forwarding process is desirable.
- Prior experience using CargoWise advantageous.
- Proficient in communication skills, especially English; conversant in BM and Mandarin.
Remuneration is negotiable and will be based on the experience and capability of the successful candidate.
