Our client is a one-stop logistics service provider for MNCs from all over the world is expanding and looking for the right candidate to fill the following position

FINANCE EXECUTIVE (Based in Penang)

Job Summary:

Responsible for the day-to-day financial transactions of the company.

Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for checking and posting invoices, Debit Notes and Credit Notes to system;
• To prepare customers\' Statement of Accounts;
• To be responsible in reviewing Account Receivable aging to ensure compliance to company policies and procedures;
• To maintain proper record and filling of customers account receivable files, invoices, Debit Notes, Credit Notes and other documents as per statutory requirements and easy retrievable;
• To be responsible for Credit Control of credit terms;
• To be responsible to liaise with customers on collection and updating customers payment status;
• To be responsible for monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and any other irregularities;
• To be responsible in month-end closing;
• To audit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accounting;
• To update and maintain all incoming payments with proper filling and records;
• Any other task as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Diploma/LCCI/Professional Certificate in Accounting
• At least 2 - 5 years accounting experience in related field
• Must be proficient in Mandarin (written & verbal)
• Good attitude, perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Individual contributor role
• 5 day-work week

Salary RM3,500 - RM5,000, to commensurate with experience. Position reports to HQ AGM Finance/Finance Manager and dotted line to Penang Branch Head
