Job Description
:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, we are seeking a proactive Finance Executive to join our Finance team to perform tasks that include:
*Ensure filling and documentations are properly record and updated
*Assisting with research, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
*Account Payable Non-Trade Vendor (Transaction Posting + Payment)
*Familiar with Monthly E-Commerce Transaction
Provide support to the finance team in day-to-day operations. Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters internally Ad hoc projects and tasks requested by the management team
Requirements:
Candidate must be currently pursuing a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree from Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
Able to accept 1 year contract
Required language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
(Mandarin required to liaise with oversea PIC)
Willing to work at Shah Alam (5 mins walking distance from LRT/KTM Subang Jaya)
Working Hours: 8.00a.m. - 5.00p.m. (Including 1 hours break)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
