Remuneration: Base + 13th month salary
Main accountabilities, responsibilities and deliverables * Process AR credit application and arrange stamping on continuing guarantee when necessary.
- Liaise with GSSO, issuing invoice, credit notes for GL direct posting and creating new AR card.
- Verification of Vendor maintenance form and new order address; communicate with GSSO for creating new AP card and new order address.
- Monitoring of AR details and AR payments.
- Review and upload ICS files.
- Verification of expenses claims.
- New Fixed Asset - fill up FA Maintenance form and notify GSSO for creating new asset card in Navision.
- Disposal of fixed asset - fill up Finance figures in Disposal form and notify to GSSO for disposal.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Finance.
- Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel (pivot & VLOOKUP)).
- Profound SAP skills will be added advantage.
- Good organizing ability and time management skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skill.
