Job Description


  • Perform vouching of suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 invoices with related documents (PO / DO & etc), verified and data entry into system on time.
  • Perform timely and accurate monthly payment of all suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 invoices.
  • Attending to enquiries by suppliers.
  • Reconciling suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 statements and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Reconciling all bank accounts on monthly basis.
  • Prepare & issue debit / credit note on monthly basis.
  • Responsible for monthly closing of Accounts Payable module including preparation of monthly reporting on timely basis.
  • Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate weekly and monthly Inventory & Scrap related reporting.
  • Perform monthly cycle counts with analysis & reconciliations of variance.
  • Responsible for dispatch jobs of banking of cheques, bill payments & etc.
  • Involve in the physical scrap disposal process as and when required.
  • Assisting immediate superior in accounting activities as and when needs arise
