At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must be of Malaysian nationality.
Computer literacy: Knowledge in MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must.
Knowledge in Accounting and HR Software
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities
Perform general office administrative duties.
Organise company documents in an orderly fashion to ensure easy retrieval and reporting to authorities.
Assist in handling incoming calls.
To ensure HR policy, company rules and regulations is well maintained.
Define, create, and oversee the implementation of a long-term finance management strategy, ensuring that all transactions are conducted in a manner compliant with our company policy
Prepare cash flow statement for management review
Identify irregularities in our system, including possible fraud and theft, and report them to the management
Processing invoices, preparing quotations, and purchase orders
Follow up on outstanding invoices
Handles all government related reportings and submission such as LHDN, JKDM, SOCSO, KWSP, DBKL, MOF, MdeC, etc
Oversees day-to-day HR-related activities, such as checking employee records, collecting payroll information, keeping track of staff movements, leave, claims, and KPI
Conduct payroll and billing audits on a monthly basis to ensure the accuracy of our financial statements
Assess our staffing needs and track time-to-hire and recruiting costs, including expenditures on sourcing, advertising, and onboarding
Evaluate our training needs, manage our training budget, and monitor the allocation of resources to our training and development programs
Coordinate with courier company to collect goods from supplier and despatch goods to customers.
