Job Description


Position Title : Assistant HR & Admin Manager Industry :Packaging Manufacturing Location: Shah Alam,Kota Kemuning Salary Range: Up to RM8000 Job Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Manage the full spectrum of the Human Resources and Admin department, including but not limited to Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Training&Development, Employee Relation and Industrial Relation. \xe2\x97\x8f Manage the monthly payroll and report whilst maintaining all the data accurately and in confidence. \xe2\x97\x8f Liaise with local government, authorities, agencies and statutory bodies in relation to regulatory compliance. \xe2\x97\x8f Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. \xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate the recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing candidates, interviewing and new employee on board procedures. \xe2\x97\x8f Manage with agents in sourcing of foreign workers and oversee other related matters such as renewal of permit, welfare, accommodation, disciplinary issues etc. \xe2\x97\x8f Provide HR expertise to other department heads for staff counselling and grievances, terminations, and other employee related matters. \xe2\x97\x8f To assist in conducting investigations and domestic inquiries upon receipt of complaints or reports on indiscipline. \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for employee engagement activities by organizing events for the company. \xe2\x97\x8f Provide the necessary confidential administrative support for MD including office administration functions. \xe2\x97\x8f Manage overall office and factory administration including overseeing the outsourced security guards. \xe2\x97\x8f Perform ad-hoc or any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time Requirements \xe2\x97\x8f Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. \xe2\x97\x8f At least 6-8 years of experience in the HR field and out of which at least 3 years in managerial capacity in the manufacturing environment. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; good command in both English and Bahasa Malaysia \xe2\x97\x8f Dynamic individual and proven record of being a successful HR practitioner. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong knowledge in Employment Act, Malaysia Labor Law and other related legislation. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work independently and is a highly self-motivated individual \xe2\x97\x8f Good MS-Office skills (Excel, PPT) Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
