Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Support new hire onboarding by preparing materials, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
Maintain employee records and help with data entry into HR systems with accuracy.
Help in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Assist with HR communications, drafting memos, and sending out company announcements.
Participate in HR projects, such as employee feedback surveys, training programs, and policy updates.
Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents.
Provide support in maintaining compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a diploma and degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
