1. Liase with other department on invoicing matters for respective company. 2. Liase with Store on good receiving matters. 3. Liase with purchasing on day to day operation ie, missing /wrong PO, wrong supplier invoices. 4. Deal extensively with suppliers to get missing invoices. 5. Match and prepare payment to suppliers.
