Martech Product Management Intern (6 Months)

As such we are looking for a Martech Product Management Intern to improve our user lifecycle management and workflows, ideate on experiments with CRM & Growth marketing, and improve the conversion rate growth contributed by our Martech stack.

This person will also address the issue of a disconnect between Marketing and technology functions, and act as liaison between the two, whilst ideating on strategies to revamp our Martech capabilities to better support the company and ultimately, to delight our end users.

Please note that this role contains very limited user-facing components, and mostly entails platform integration/optimization work.

In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll get to: * Hold an individual contributor role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be involved in the execution of improving the Martech platform and user lifecycle and segmentation workflow

  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing (CRM & Growth & Onsite), Product Analysts, Product Managers, Engineers & QA to collaborate on business requirements and translate them into product and technical requirements for engineers.
  • Facilitate the SCRUM ceremonies and technical grooming of a tech squad consisting of App developers and QA
  • Analyse and monitor key metrics of Marketing, you will be deep diving into user behaviour data to help you with product prioritization towards business impact (we are using Mixpanel, a world best class product analytics tool)
  • Work closely with our Data & Martech Senior Product Manager in improving the data governance and data maturity of user-profiles & engagement within different technology stacks (Segment, Braze, Facebook, AppsFlyer, Google Ads, Aampe, etc)

  • Passionate about e-commerce and user behaviours towards online shopping
  • Having experience in marketing, especially CRM / Performance Marketing is a huge plus
  • Team player who can work in a cross-functional environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical experience is not needed, but a good intuition of how systems work would be additional advantage
  • Must be able to commit for 6 months of internship.
