Finance Intern - OTC AR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the functions of Accounts Receivable - invoice/credit note, miscellaneous receipting, aging review.
  • Process request accordance to Company Policy & Service Level Agreement
  • Timely response by providing solutions to internal customer queries
  • Complete the monthly closing activities in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
  • Prepare monthly KPI, AR bank reconciliation reports and process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Company Policies, Sarbane-Oxley (SOX) requirements, SSC processes and procedures
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time
Required Knowledge and Skills:
  • Possess at least a University level degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/Finance or related area Highly motivated with a desire to Learn
  • High level of accuracy, numerical ability and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English
  • Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
  • Computer literate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge
  • Able to commit for a duration of 4 months or longer
