Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Intern to support finance operational tasks for ZALORA Cluster. This role will study and learn the role of an Accounts Executive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where you will gain responsibility for invoice processing, and collections process and participate in ongoing projects. This role is based in Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

• Record collection receives into the SAP accounting system on daily basis.
• Matching of Account Receivable and Refund transactions on a daily/weekly basis against collection received.
• Perform bank reconciliation on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Month-end activity - Perform Balance Sheet reconciliation.
• Assist supervisor on Audit requests.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior/Manager

Job Requirement:

• Currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Commerce or working towards Professional Accounting Qualification such as ACCA, MICPA, or CIMA.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Finance processes and accounting entry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work
• Pro-active and good team player
• Ability to complete a variety of related tasks
• Mature and able to work independently
