Your Job: This role is responsible for leading the Global Business Services (GBS) Order to Cash (OTC) team supporting the APAC region. This involves managing and developing the overall OTC process and providing advice and information to the regional GBS teams and regional stakeholders. GBS OTC scope consists of Customer Service, Order & Claims Processing, Credit Collection & Dispute Management & Cash Application. OTC APAC currently supports 13 countries (CN & KR partial) with a hybrid structure of onsite or remote based employees. Managing over 7000 APAC customers with an AR collection of US$400m a month across the region. Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities: This role reports to Director, GBS APAC and will be required to work closely with Process Leads in APAC, Regional Controller, Country Finance & Sales teams. Everyday Excellence : Creating relevant KPI, developing tracking mechanism and improving service levels through process reengineering to improve service levels. Business Outcomes/Intelligent Transformation : Identify areas of generating productivity by eliminating, standardizing and automating. Implement the use of Celonis / Epiplex and other tools to drive value creation. Talent Development: Develop talents by cross function rotations between OTC/GBS and create pipeline of future leaders. Primary responsibilities: Lead OTC team across all GBS strategic objectives (Stable Operations, Productivity, Value Creation and Growth) Develop business growth of OTC service taxonomy and digital transformation, Program Aurora. Actively partner, collaborate and communicate with internal customers (across business units and support functions) to ensure that customer expectations are being met or exceeded. Essential Requirements: Leadership: Strong leadership and influencing skills Challenge the status quo and facilitate different perspectives to drive solutions Capable of working in a matrix organization, driving collaboration across businesses and functions Demonstrated personal credibility and positive energy Enthusiastic, resilient and able to manage stressful situations Innovative capabilities, requiring strategic thinking and foresight Provide insight, analytics and consultancy on DSO and free cash flow to the wider organization by leveraging on process mining tools such as Celonis Functional & Business Skills: Strong planning, change management and execution skills with ability to prioritize and drive multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously Working knowledge of at least 10 years in OTC Ability to create and analyze data to provide management insights.
