BAT DIGITAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS IS LOOKING FOR A FINANCE INTERN - PROCURE TO PAY The incumbent is expected to perform team processes that are related to Transaction Processing invoice processing within SLA, escalating problematic invoices and resolving issues on a timely manner. Next, the incumbent will need to address end-market inquiries by meeting service levels. Working on ad-hoc tasks as and when required, backing up Scanning / Senior Analyst if required. SENIORITY LEVEL Internship FUNCTION Finance, Procure to Pay MONTHLY ALLOWANCE RM 1,500 LOCATION Sunway Geo Tower ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES Reports To Team Lead - Procure to Pay Reporting Level Individual Contributor Geographic Scope APMEA What You Will Be Accountable For Invoice Processing Process Excellence Assist with new process implementations, assist in the maintenance of Accounts Payable general policies & procedures. Participate in continuous improvement in process efficiency and effectiveness Ensure SOx/internal controls programs are adhered to, and comply with accounting principles, GBS standards and SLAs Customer Relationship Management assist in addressing customer issues and requests, establish and maintain working relationship with End Market where applicable Team Environment improve enhance team interaction and optimize team efficiency Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge Final year students or graduates from Accounting/Finance Degree/Business/Management/International Business/Mathematics or equivalent Experience in using SAP SuccessFactors is a plus WE ARE BAT At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
