Department Overview Business Finance comprises of Country Controllers for various Countries in Asia Pacific and a full-suite of Financial Planning and Analysis team. Business Finance supports pre to post-sales activities, core accounting and business analytics for the Sales & Marketing team and the Research & Development Center in Penang, enabling the team with end-to-end touch-points with upstream product innovation to downstream market development.



Assists Team with the month-end close and reporting processes.

Supports other analysts with administrative tasks.

Support with any data entry or ad-hoc analysis as requested by TL or senior members of the Team.

Perform System Integration Report and Analysis on Monthly basis

Perform COF-Tableau Billing Report Unit Checking on monthly closing

Review and prepare bridge explanation for Sales team department budget

Basic Requirements

Candidate must posses or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.

Ability to multi task & prioritize, as well as analytical skills

Demonstrated ability to support team efforts as a team member

Very strong communication and interpersonal skills

Very good analytical skills

Good MS Excel knowledge
