To perform the duties associated with your position, in helping Executive Chairman, Managing Director and Board of Directors managing the company towards the vision and mission of the Company.
To set a standard template / format of work performance reporting systems.
Summarize, revalue and reorganize the company\xe2\x80\x99s assets and properties for better investment and future planning.
Research on business M&A, acquisition new business or investment
To research on means of fund raising/corporate exercises without significant dilution to equity.
To recommend and implement best practices to Corporate Governance, Risk Management, compliances, and corporate affair related to the company.
To review monthly management account, quarterly reporting, and announcements before release to Bursa Malaysia
To assist Chairman and MD to implement and monitor the business target and strategy focusing to grow revenue and profit.
To attend to any inquiries arising from audit and tax.
Critically analyze monthly financial health of investees, including performance, cash flows and financial position, compare with the KPIs and advise necessary course of actions.
Review and offer quality / feasible accounting and finance solutions to MD/Chairman
Co-operate in completing various reporting to board of directors.
Identified weaknesses business\xe2\x80\x99 processes and gave suggestions for controls improvement
To assist the Chairman and MD, leading to corporate affair, corporate exercise such as right issue, private placement, ESOS, mergers & acquisitions and any other related exercise.
Review profit forecast, cash flow forecast and projections, Pro Forma Statement of Financial Position, Management discussion and analysis and circular to shareholders before announcement to public.
To participate in Audit Committee Meetings and provide professional input
Job Requirement :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, CIMA, ACCA, Professional Degree and/or Master\'s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking and Business Studies.
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Working experience in a PLC and ability to start immediately is an added advantage
