A Global MNC Is On The Lookout For A FP&A Manager Your new company A multinational firm based in the US is in search of an FP&A Manager, to oversee multiple regions. This firm is within the Retail & Consumer Goods industry. They are well-known for their employee benefits, work-life culture and career development. They are based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and is accessible via public transport. Your new role Prepare and review monthly financial reports. Ensure the accuracy of monthly management reports and presentation materials for senior management, regional office, board, and board committees. Effective business partnering and collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives. Identify and understand business challenges propose and create solutions. Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, and define actions & challenge budget holders and other stakeholders. Participate, lead or manage ad-hoc projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization. Manage the financial planning process, including annual budgeting and monthly forecasting. Understand and analyze key drivers to validate forecasts, supporting data-driven decisions and strategies for business functions. What you\'ll need to succeed Min 2 years of working experience in an MNC with regional stakeholders experience. At least 6 years of work experience in Accountancy and Finance. Chartered Accountants are preferred. Comfortable with data and strong Excel proficiency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage internal stakeholders and collaborate across functions.
