Oversee the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions and records
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
Analyze financial data and present insights to the management team.
Develop and manage the company's annual budget and financial forecasts.
Monitor actual performance against budget, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor cash flow and manage cash reserves to ensure the company's financial stability.
Develop strategies for effective cash management and optimize working capital.
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, including profitability analysis, cost analysis, and investment analysis.
Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.
Maintain and improve internal controls over financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
Coordinate external audits and work closely with auditors to ensure successful audit outcomes.
Manage tax reporting and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent
Minimum 7 years to 9 years of working experience and have a supervision level
Able to work independently
