The Role

We are looking for an analytical and strategic Finance Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will showcase expertise in a variety of topics, such as accounting, treasury management, and financial planning & analysis. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to Kasagi Labo\xe2\x80\x99s financial success through their business acumen.

What you can expect to work on:

• Oversee the company\'s accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including group consolidation, reconciliation and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Optimize cash flow by monitoring daily cash balances and forecasting future cash needs.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions and ensure effective liquidity management.
• Implement risk management strategies to safeguard company assets.
• Develop and implement robust financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights that drive business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and budget effectively.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in finance roles.
• Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is highly desirable.
• Proficient in creating and utilizing financial models to support decision-making processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data effectively.
• Ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience managing a team is a plus
