Client Background: World\'s leading Danish based manufacturer that operates over 40 manufacturing facilities in three continents (Europe, North America and Asia).

Position: Finance Manager (Manufacturing industry)

Headcount: 1

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: Subject to experience + attractive benefits (13 months\' salary)

(Immediate intake/
less than 1 month notice)

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Finance functions (manufacturing) to ensure efficient and effective practices

Manage and prepare the month end closing and management reports

Supporting and working on the financial forecast and annual budgets

Ensuring full compliance with tax regulations which include SST, WHT, Corporate tax, Imported service tax import duty exemption & etc

Ensuring compliance with legal and statutory reporting requirements

Ensuring compliance with reliable internal control systems and ongoing review of its effectiveness

Control & monitor cash flow, receivables & payables

Monitor the inter-company recharges and reconciliation of accounts

Coordinate and manage mid-year and year-end stock take

Review and monitor the credit control policy and procedure to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Manage corporate secretarial matters and tax issues

Prepare year-end financial reports and coordinate the annual company audit

Liaise with bankers pertaining to financial matters

Provide support to Group\'s projects and Regional Management Team

Perform any other related duties or ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the Management

Job Requirements

Preferred Degree in Accounting of Professional Qualification (ACC/MIA \xe2\x80\xa6 etc)

At least 5 years relevant working experience

SAP Accounting system knowledge

Full set accounting knowledge

People Management skills
