• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional certifications like CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, with strong knowledge of accounting standards and practices.
• Experience working in a listed company is highly advantageous.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficient in financial software and tools.
• Location: Kota Damansara
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company's overall financial operations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support company goals.
• Manage cash flow and ensure proper allocation of resources.
• Work closely with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to maintain high performance.
