With over 80 years of experience in developing coatings for collision and commercial transport, PPG\xe2\x80\x99s Refinish business aims to service its customers from training, to colour expertise and bodyshop support. PPG is one of the leading global companies in the chemicals industry.

As a SEA Refinish \xe2\x80\x93 Finance Manager, you will be a key member of PPG\xe2\x80\x99s Refinish Coatings SEA leadership organisation. You will work with the respective country leaders to set, execute and deliver each SBU\xe2\x80\x99s objectives. Provide management support and guidance in performance target setting as well as monthly performance tracking, supporting the organization to lead and execute key business initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Financial planning & analysis for SEA - monthly estimate, Annual Profit Plan, Long term business planning (RBR - Regional & SBU Global)
• Develop meaningful variance analysis to commercial for business recovery/growth and drive profitability programs
• Develop, consolidate and manage management reporting and presentation
• Work closely with SEA REF SBU commercial team on business improvement initiatives (i.e. working capital project, cost management, forecast accuracy, etc.)
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement and standardization initiatives across the sub region, enhancing internal control and process consistency.
• Analyze product margin to identify profit leaking area and propose improvement actions
• Analyze investment payback of body shop (4S store) and improve ROI%
• Work with business manager to design Incentive scheme and rebate program.
• Ad Hoc analysis \xe2\x80\x93 M&A, localization project, pricing and X-SBU initiatives support

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field
• Highly motivated, hard-working, creative problem solver with strong analytical and execution skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to share and drive results effectively with all levels in the organization
• 5+ years of finance experience in accounting, financial analysis, business analysis and controllership
• Demonstrated ability to collect, interpret data and develop analysis or forecasts
• HFM and Oracle system experience
• Command of both written and oral English and Chinese
