Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) principles and practices.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis techniques.
• Experience in preparing and analyzing financial reports.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end close process.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Additional controller duties as necessary.
