Job Description

The applicant for this role will be playing a key role in providing tactical accounting and strategic financing in ensuring an efficient business process, leading to a bigger business output.

• Supervise and oversee the day-to-day financial operations and reporting activities across the Group.
• Reviewing monthly and quarterly financial statements, including group consolidation, audited accounts, and annual reports.
• Deliver precise, timely, and pertinent statutory reports and management insights to fulfil regulatory obligations and strategic objectives.
• Ensure Group quarterly financial reports are submitted punctually according to internal deadlines.
• Collaborate with various departments to address business needs effectively.
• Coordinate with auditors to ensure the Group\'s audit process proceeds smoothly and on schedule.
• Supporting the creation of financial budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans under the guidance of superiors.
• Conduct thorough analysis of financial data, offering valuable insights to management.
• Engage in budgetary planning, control, and monitoring activities to ensure performance targets are met.
• Ensuring precise submission of corporate tax and SST filings.
• Coaching and supporting team members in achieving their goal settings.

• Minimum 8 years of working experience in the related field and position.
• Experience in managing a team
• Audit experience is preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
• ERP knowledge and experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
