The incumbent is responsible for leading the Finance Department in a range of portfolios comprising financial services, management accounts and business analysis.
This role will also ensure coherent and effective financial management of the company and comply with company policy and procedures. The incumbent is required to maintain effective professional relationships with both external and internal stakeholders, working collaboratively across functions to achieve set objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the monthly financial reporting process.
Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements with accuracy andon timely basis to meet deadlines.
Analyze company's financial performance.
Manage company's cashflow.
Prepare budgets and forecasts.
Deal with the company's internal and external auditors, tax agents and legal matters.
Ensure internal controls are in place.
Responsible for the integrity, accuracy and efficiency of the company's accounting system (Infor M3 and DEPM).
Ensure monthly management reports and annual financial statements for K&L Farming are reported on a timely basis.
Overall, in charge of GCFS to ensure monthly management accounts and annual financial statements are reported timely basis to meet deadlines.
Assist the Financial Controller with the monthly reporting duties and to support financial decision making.
Any other duties as assigned by AVP, Financial Controller - Malaysia & Brunei and/or AVP Business Operations - EM and/or by authorized personnel.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
