We are currently recruiting for a multinational services company in Malaysia who is looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager, who will be responsible for accounting and financial analytics matters for the assigned legal entity(s) in the company. The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to Finance Director, based in Petaling Jaya.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee month end close, statutory audit and tax submissions.
  • Review of month end results, with commentaries and variance analysis.
  • Responsible for forecast and budgeting and involved in business partnering with the management team.
  • Drive process improvements on internal controls, processes and ensure compliance with group policies.
  • Provide guidance to the finance team.
  • Perform in ad-hoc projects and assignments as and when required.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Possess Degree in Accounting/Finance or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant financial reporting, with people management experience and experience in external audit would be an added advantage.
  • Possess strong critical thinking, resilience in fast-paced environment and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English.
